Although not yoga, baby sign is a fun, interactive way to enhance children's development and support bonding of parents and babies. Some yoga songs and games are included as well. Sign language is excellent for little ones to learn, so they can communicate basic wants and needs without crying, until they can speak (and after can emphasize what is important to them or talk to you secretly). 

The group is for parents with babies and young children (6 months+). We meet weekly to sing songs and practice sign language with the babies and each other. Please join if you are excited to learn, as it works best with consistency and commitment. No experience is needed, but it works if you use sign language at home and with other family members.
