All days: 8:30am-6pm. Training location: Southhall Kundalini Yoga Centre (just NE of Heathrow Airport), 8 -10 Featherstone Road, Southall UB2 5AA (1st floor, entrance Dominion Road). 5-minute walk from Southall train station (www.streetmap.co.uk). Southall is 13 minutes from London Paddington (www.nationalrail.co.uk) and 16 minutes via Heathrow Connect to Southall. There's a pay & display car park behind the venue, £3 for the day.
