RCYP is a certification course for parents, certified and aspiring yoga teachers, schoolteachers, day care/crèche staff, nannies, therapists, and anyone wanting to GIVE CHILDREN THE GIFT OF YOGA. The vision is to share the benefits of yoga with children around the world! This insightful 30-hour program is designed for all yoga levels/traditions and for all levels of experience with children. Course recognized for CECs with public schools, therapy organizations, and Yoga Alliance. Course is 50% lecture/interactive activities, 50% practice and serious fun!

RCY was founded by Shakta Khalsa, E-RYT 500, AMS Montessori educator and author, an internationally recognized teacher for adult and children's yoga. She has taught extensively at conferences and gatherings for over four decades. As a leading founder of the children’s yoga movement, she developed RCY training in 1999. Since then, she trained a select few RCY Trainers, who, along with her, taught thousands of yoga teachers, school teachers, therapists, parents and grandparents the art of children’s yoga: www.childrensyoga.com. INTRODUCTION TO THE RADIANT CHILD YOGA WORKSHOP

A workshop for teachers, parents, therapists, and all who would like to Give Children the Gift of Yoga
Learn basic yoga and meditation techniques that work with children. Be introduced to how yoga can be a wonderful non-competitive, confidence-building, fun experience for kids! Be empowered -- learn techniques, tools and resources to help you create and teach a series of children's yoga classes. Learn how yoga can reveal the radiance of each child and how you can help! This course can be modified for your specific interests. Typically 3-4 hours long, tuition ~$50US or €40 per person; discount for early registration or large groups.
