Radiant Child Yoga  Children attend class with their parents.

  • Radiant Child & Me Yoga  Ages: 2.5 to 4.5 years
    Classes include child-friendly yoga with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each week, we have a playful theme (beach, camping, zoo, rainforest, etc.). Children experience stretches, poses, breathwork, games, simple meditation, and relaxation. They have the opportunity to play and explore in a non-competitive environment. We work on strength, balance, self-confidence, respect for self and others, as well as finding joy and vitality in our bodies. Through yoga, they learn social interaction, repetition, and play -- as well as how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions. Help your child build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun!
  • Radiant Family Yoga  Parents attend class with their children, Ages: 2 to 12 years.
    Aimed more at the kids with fun, interactive exercises, parents still get to stretch and move, while bonding with their children, and getting to see their children in a new way. This is a light-hearted, fun practice meant to help the whole family move their bodies and connect to their spirits. Laugh and move as you all enjoy the many benefits yoga can provides, including improved communication, reduced stress, and greater calm. Families of all varieties welcome! If want to bring babies, tots or tykes with your older child, then submit the names and ages of all the children  beforehand.

  • Radiant Child Yoga  Ages: 4.5 to 9 years
    Radiant Child Yoga offers great benefits for children's bodies, minds and spirits! Classes are taught around a playful theme (beach, camping, zoo, rainforest, etc.) addming more detail to poses.  Children experience stretches, poses, breathwork, games, simple meditation, and relaxation. They have the opportunity to play and explore in a non-competitive environment. We work on strength, balance, self-confidence, respect for self and others, as well as finding joy and vitality in our bodies.
  • Radiant Tween Yoga  Ages: 10 to 12 years
    Radiant Tween Yoga
    provides a place and space for preteens to learn yoga in more depth, for example including informatoin anatomy and how to practice affirmation, meditation and visualization.  We begin to explore yoga's fundamentals, including finding a peace within, accessing self-confidence and intuition, and acceptance and celebration of being in our bodies. Great for developing flexibility and strength of body, mind and spirit, as well as learning to identify and manage peer-pressure and stress, giving tools for empowering children to trust themselves and choose the right path.
  • Radiant Teen Yoga  Ages: 13 to 18 years
    Radiant Teen Yoga provides a place and space to explore yoga's fundamentals, including finding peace within, accessing self-confidence and intuition, and acceptance and celebration of being in our bodies. We include breathwork, poses, meditation and relaxation in the practice, which is geared specifically to what it is like to be a teen. Great for developing flexibility (a challenge for most teens), balance, and strength of body, mind and spirit, yoga is noncompetitive and helps teens manage peer-pressure and the stress of his or her busy life. Teens can practice with adults, but ideally practice specific poses which best support them through the challenges of a growing teen body and teen life. They will transition smoothly into adult classes as they are ready in their late teens.

Itsy Bitsy Yoga®  Parents attend classes with their children. No prior yoga experience needed.

  • Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga®   Ages: Newborn to Nearly Crawling
    Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby’s development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby’s sleep. During a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about baby's emerging personality. Most of the yoga we do in Itsy Bitsy Yoga is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself.
  • Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga®   Ages: Crawling to 24 Months
    Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Tots is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. As tot’s mobility increases, classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Tots become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. During a Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga class crawlers and walkers playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping.
  • Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga® Ages: 24 Months to 4.5 Years
    Tykes Itsy Bitsy Yoga combines unique toddler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games to create an enriching parent/child activity. Each class is personalized around tyke’s curiosities as they learn yoga through social interaction, repetition, and play. Tykes also learn how to relieve frustration, improve motor skills, and increase attention span by actively following directions. Help your tyke build the foundation for a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun!
  • Little Family Itsy Bitsy Yoga® Ages: Newborn to 4.5 Years
    This class follows the Tykes description above plus younger siblings can also join class! Finally, a program suitable for all kids! This is not a separate class, but if want to bring younger children with you and your Tyke, then submit the names and ages of all the children  beforehand.
